We are always paying close attention to the advice given by our predecessors, who knew so well the prestigious climates’ distinctive characteristics.

We create a Gevrey-Chambertin typical of the Côte de Brochon, a wine which is full of finesse, structured and powerful. This is possible because we intervene little in the wine-making process, encouraging the cuvées to develop naturally, rather than trying to modify them.

There is not a big underground cellar on our estate but a brand new one-storey winery dedicated to the working of the grapes and to the savouring of wines with our clients.
